BOARD: We have a board made up of a president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary that are elected at our annual meeting in January. Board members serve one-year terms. They meet throughout the year and help manage dues collection, contracts (including snow plowing and Runkle Park maintenance), events coordinating, and other neighborhood activities and goings-on.

BLOCK CAPTAINS: Our 138 homes are divided into 10 zones. Each zone (hopefully) has a block captain, who is a neighbor who serves as a go-between with the board and homeowners, helping greet new homeowners, update directories, share neighborhood news, and more.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: The ACC reviews and approves construction and fence decisions to maintain nice-looking properties that preserve value and make our neighborhood a beautiful place to live.

YARD OF THE MONTH COMMITTEE: These homeowners select a yard that most exemplifies the beauty of Woodlands of Riverside each June, July, August, and September, and a best Holiday Home decorations in December. Winner sport the Yard of the Month sign in their yard and a $25 gift card.

CLEAN UP DAY: The first weekend in May, we participate in the Great American Cleanup Day. We need voluneers to man our dumpster that is delivered as well as our electronics and tire recycling collection for an hour or two near Runkle Park.

Residents of Woodlands of Riverside Facebook Page

The Residents of Woodlands of Riverside Facebook group is a great place to connect with neighbors and get questions answered. It is moderated by a variety of neighbors, not the HOA board, although many board members are also members of the Facebook group. You'll need to answer a few questions to join as it is a private group. Click the above button to go to Facebook or search for "Residents of Woodlands of Riverside."
